Some years ago I had an operation and spent some six months recouping. During my recoup I was dreadfully bored and needed to find something to do to fill the hours of the day. I taught myself to juggle for starters, and got pretty damn good at it. At that time my sister had a subscription to ELLE magazine. Out of boredom, I began drawing on pictures in those magazines. And some of these pictures started to look kinda cool. They were cool pictures to begin with, but I would go in and trace around the shadows.
